The Flatwater Loft is a restored 1940s apartment located on Ashland’s historic Main St. The loft is designed for groups, making it ideal for students who want to share lodging, cook meals together, and relax after long days of hands‑on learning. With quick access to trails, the marina, and nearby natural areas, it’s also a great spot for anyone wanting to explore the North Woods during their stay. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8. 4 min drive or 20 min walk to Woodspirit School. Rates vary by season, starting at $250/night. You can book directly through the website or coordinate offline with the owners for a discounted rate for Woodspirit students.
